I talked to them over whatsapp and added Rs 225 (3 USD approx) to their website. I started a YouTube subscribers campaign with that. It was written that the campaign will start instantly. But more than 48 hours gone, they didn't start my campaign, they didn't pick up my calls, didn't reply on WhatsApp and didn't reply to my mails

Money is money. It should be pretty easy to get the money back if you paid via CC/Paypal. Just open a dispute or something.

I paid with Paytm. And getting money back through paytm is tough

I have lost total of 70 $ on smm panels, 2 of them were scams, and also lost like 2000 $ on IM investing. If i was you i would not even bother to open a dispute on paytm. And im also living in a poor country. Scamming is bad, and you are very lucky that u have lost just 3 $.

I can understand if even $3 is a lot for you but this is a part of this game.
There are no losses in IM, there are only lessons.
The time you're wasting writing here about them or on other forums, you can use that time to make that money back. But that's just me.

If they are running their service in marketplace, that's possible to report him as you expected. But, unfortunately, they are not here. So try other ways to get back your money
