How to process credit card numbers (offline CC payments)

Hello

I'm going on topic right now - how to process collected CC numbers (data and CVV, names etc.)? I plan to use offline CC payment options on website, but when I receive all data from client - how to process them?

This is not a scam or anything, but sencere question - is there any possibility to process them without card and charge amount of shopping cart?

Different banks will have different requirements.. You will need to apply with your bank.

They will give you an API where you can manually enter the cc details..so the payments go from your site directly to your bank account. You should discuss all this with them because different banks have different rules.

Paypal has a virtual terminal.

So many merchants have virtual terminal, you can use stripe, square and many others to manually enter the details and capture payments.
