what is the best practice for posting spin content?

do you guys use other websites's content and you spin it or are you creating a content and spin it?

Most people take content from their competitors and paste it into various software. I wouldn’t recommend it — most of the spinning software isn’t really that good. Instead, you can take the various sources you find from your competitors and manually rewrite them yourself, and add some new information on top of that to distinguish yourself from the others. Basically, spun content usually has awful grammar and flow, so if you expect people to want to read it, you’ll have to either edit the spun content or just rewrite the sources yourself.

spinning content its not recommended or its not a safe way ,best option is that to create you own unique content .
