how many links you are trying to rank?
how often do you need this?

reason I ask is that if your number is low, then you can index it your self
I use firefox, "Addtoany" add-on, which is a tool that adds your page to your own social media accounts. I have enabled 15 different social media platforms using that add-on. so any time I need to index something, i use that addon,

now, dont go over doing it for all of your tier 1's. and dont do all 15 for all of them. balance them out.
