You can try MS PowerPoint which has a lot of infographic style icons and I think it's the best soft for this kind of videos. Also, as mentioned above, After Effects is very powerful but much more complex.

Don't think they were made from template. It is actually very simple to create even using after effects. Just search for the logo or pics you want the place them in position and motion graphics the wording

Yeah, you're going to want to open a new composition in After Effects and start dragging your images into position to replicate the videos you're referring to.

Read up on keyframing in After Effects, the animation in this video is very simple once you understand what keyframing is.

Its very simple. You can use PowerPoint presentation for this kind of video. I create similar and more advance video than this in PowerPoint. It will be very easy to create this. No fancy software needed.

can people please elaborate rather than just naming the programs that you can use for this? it might be simple for you but not everyone has the necessary experience with these programs. i tried powerpoint but i don't know how to make the slides seamlessly scroll vertically. im premiere pro i can perhaps imagine a way. this is to create the images (say on powerpoint for instance) and then import them to premiere, then put one image over the other and scroll the first one from one side to the next while having the second one beginning off the screen and then scrolling into the place where the first image began and then repeating this. is there an easier way though?
