Hi - just found this by researching some of my competitors backlinks and thought it was worth a share:

Step 1: Go to http://unimut.fsk.uni-heidelberg.de/unimut/dummschwaetz
Step 2: Type in the URL and press Go
Step 3: Click on the Link where it says: "füge es der Dummschäwtz-Urlliste hinzu."
Step 4: Find your Link in the list http://unimut.fsk.uni-heidelberg.de/dummschwaetz/interval?lower=0

FAQ:
Indexable: Yes - found it through ahrefs
How many sites can I submit: Don't know - just tried it out with a few right now and it worked like a charm
What is this page? Seem's like a university project where they analyze the amount of bullshit on your site by crawling your text i guess.

It'll be showing you Meta Title as the anchor and has problems with special characters. Worked for me.
