Ever since I switched my dns to cloudflare my seo went down. From page 1 on serp(not in cloudflare) to no result in serp(in cloudflare). So I tried searching about it in google and many people says it also cloudflare affected their seo and removed it. I also switch back my dns and ip and resubmit my sitemap to google. Just waiting for the result. I want some insight about this issue though. Is it because of the dynamic ip of cloudflare?

Did you try to find out what other websites are hosted on your Cloudflare IP? It could be that you are in a bad neighbourhood.
About 6 days after I have disabled CloudFlare and surprisingly I have seen some big changes.
There was a major change in Organic traffic after 3 days - about 30~50% more, and going up since then. When I checked my SERPs tool I saw a HUGE increase in Top 1-3 keyword rankings (about 200% more).
I wasn't doing any backlinks in the past month, neither site speed optimization or changing the SEO whatsoever. In other words, only CloudFlare was changed. Although I had the best week since opening the site, I still not sure if CloudFlare is the issue.... might want to do another week before the final verdict. If the organic search traffic will go above the site's peak I will just refund my Cloudflare account and say goodbye yo the old dark days.

I've seen a few other people say they've had issues when moving to cloud flare. One of the reasons I write a little tool to check others domains on the same IP.
Hopefully the mods won't mind me sharing it. It's free, has no sign up and I don't many any money from it. Was just a little fun project.

Honestly i would say NO to this couple of months ago but you might be right. I started to think it has a negative effect on SEO. I really can't tell why it should be much better because your site is faster and almost all big brands are using it. Weird.

Are u serious?? If this is true than cloudflare has a devistating effect. Did you do any link building in the last 30-45 days?

Those that have disabled cloudflare, are you ranking higher in the Google US or another country?
There has been discussion that since cloudflare main servers are in the US, Google thinks your site is from the US so if you are ranking in Google US rather than the geo that you actually want to rank for.

Hi OP,
Since your threads a did a TONS a research and i find some really awesome informations :
Here is the long story short :
- Cloudflare USUALLY don't drop your ranking HOWEVER
- Cloudflare can drop your ranking really really hard if it's paired with a really poor domain on the same IP and same SSL certificate (there is usually 10 - 15 domain / IP)
- If this happend to you, there is only two thing you can do
1 - Remove Cloudflare, if it's cloudflare you will recover fast)
2 - Buy "Business plan" then upload a custom SSL certificate, it will put you on a dedicated IP Address (according to Cloudflare -> "To reduce the number of Cloudflare IPs that your domain shares with other Cloudflare customer domains, upgrade to a Business or Enterprise plan and upload a Custom SSL certificate.")
