Suggestions on what to do with 1.2 Million Views

Im looking for suggestions on what to do with one of my channels.

The other day, by chance I noticed a YT channel of mine had over 1.2M views on one video with just over 4000 subs even though I had not logged in or touched it in over a year.

Immediately I signed up for monetization.

But at this point, I dont really know what is the best thing to do next without risking losing traffic or getting penalized by YT so I figured ask here for suggestions.

Which videos got these views? (Make more like it) Start to re-brand the channel to what your new audience will interact with!

Ok cool. Ill start doing that. You are right the similar videos are doing okay. Not millions,just a few thousand views but still significantly better than the others. I have all kinds of random stuff on the channel, it is better to make it private, unlisted or just delete the unrelated videos?

if its those trending type video with texts and music dont waste your time because you wont be monetised, and if you do get monetised it will be demonetised within a few weeks. if its something that you made yourself, original with commentary then keep going. Just watch out and avoid copyright contents/materials

Its my own videos. No editing or black hat. No link building or scraping or anything. Totally unexpected. Trying to figure out how to monetize it if possible while I await YouTube request decision.

Guess you are waiting for Adsense . Youtube is quite fast on earnings from Adsense in fact then doing website , Website is slow . Sadly I not good on video or else will do that with the site both ways
