Unusual advertising account

1. I have a beautiful facebook account, I adopted and use on amazon vps, I have logged in on amazon for 1 week. When I created an ad campaign and waited for approval, it was unusual, whichever account I had on amazon! Can someone show me how to avoid abnormalities?
2. I have appealed but the account is not returned, they are still abnormal

You can't rely on amazon as it is DATACENTER IP's... that is the unusual activities right there. It might work with aged accounts or if you have farmed that account on that same amazon instance for a long time, say 3 weeks at least.
