Is this a red flag for my site ? Pls guide

In google webmaster today I saw sudden jump in my external links and linked domain, from 320 external links yesterday it went to 720 external links and from 85 domains it went to 168 domains, why this sudden rise and anything to worry about ? Is my site getting hit by spammy shit backlinks ?
