How can I see website traffic from a site I just purchased from flippa? It's been active since last July. I've tried several sites and none have provided the data.

Am I able to backtrack the months before I bought it? To see the previous traffic.

Use Google Analytics:
1. Audience - Will give you an overview about the traffic received.
2. Acquisition - Will give you a better overview about the traffic sources. For example, to see the traffic source from Pinterest, you must check:
Acquisition -> Social -> Network Refferals -> Pinterest. Here you will find the best landing pages and the traffic source ( in this case, the Pin which brings you the most traffic ).

Later edit: You must have access to the old GA. Ask the seller to give you access there.

no it doesn't show old traffic
