I see many terms like PBN, backlinks etc... Which I don't understand so I'd like to read a long guide which gives information about such details. Which is the best guide out there?

There is no dummy book for that; the easiest way is to search on Google.

For example: What is a PBN
And the magic will happen.

When I start gaming they call me ``fag`` which is slang; imagine when I search on Google that.

Your post asks about 3 entirely different things. PBNs and backlinks are related but have nothing to do with valuing a site... I mean all this stuff is related in a way but it's weird the way you asked.

Website valuations are entirely dependent on the market of potential buyers. For instance, back when I used Flippa most of those prospective buyers do not know how to value a site themselves so they will lowball smaller multiples in order to convince you your site should be priced cheaper.

Typically speaking if you're site has at least 6 months revenue history it is worth between 2-3 years at sale. Many talk in multiples of months so on Flippa you may hear a prospective buyer say "Your site is only worth 18 months of what it makes monthly." which may be true if you only have 4 months of revenue history. Hold until that 6th month and then sell with a broker if you can. A broker has built up and groomed a list of interested buyers all of which who have more than likely verified by not just their identity but also their buyer-power.

@meathead1234 runs this forum I believe and he owns one of the leading brokerages FE International ( feinternational dot com )

Here he has posted a de-facto guide to give you more info: blackhatworld dot com/seo/what-is-my-site-worth-official-thread dot 366563/

Backlinks are essentially do-follow links that point from one site back to your money site. Building backlinks should not be done by any random free generator as that will devalue your site. Ranking is done in search engines by authority. When Google views your site as an authority it is most likely because other websites in your niche have pointed (backlinked) to you. Backlinks coming from websites that have nothing to do with your niche are okay, but you really want pages linking back to you to have keywords related to your niche.

This is where a PBN comes in. A PBN is a private blog network made up of websites/blogs you own and you fill with your desired niche-related keywords and backlink to your main site. In order to build a successful PBN you must be able to do so without a foot print or your sites/blogs will be dinged and link juice lost.
