Advice for hiring

Hey! As you read on the title I'm going to hire my first two employees. I've been outsourcing a lot of the web design + graphic design and it's time to have them full time with me.

I've never hire so I have been reading and listening about how to properly do it. But I'd love to read your advice, because I know that here there's plenty of people here with nice companies and I'm sure you have pretty good advice about that matter.

You always have a trial period, say one month to let them settle. You've obviously checked their CV and Facebook page, if not just take a look. Go with your gut feeling

Are you meaning you are hiring the 2 people you have already used to outsource to or are these going to be 2 brand new people?
