Tips on getting shoutouts?

Just a quick one. What are your tips on getting shoutouts? 1. What do you guys do to check for fake followers and fake engagement (spoon feed please I’m a noob in IG, never even used it for personal social media and can’t distinguish a fake from regular followers)
2. When it comes to transaction is it normal to pay in front? How to protect oneself is it possible to make chargebacks with paypal in that scenario?

Just find accounts in your niche and DM them asking their rates. Most will get back to you pretty quickly. If you can tell they've ever given someone a shoutout then you can be pretty certain they won't scam you. It's not as risky as you're making it seem.

Oh ok I’ve been doing exactly that but I was a bit afraid of scams. From what you are saying I was over exaggerating the risk. So if an account has a few active promotions they likely are good to do business with?

Yup. Also if you're paying through PayPal you're pretty well protected.

Never actually used paypal to pay someone with a transfer only paid for some things by paypal CC (I do have an account tho) are disputes on transfers possible in a worst case scenario?
