Put shit up for sale. Your blood, your sperm, ebooks, graphics, seo services, social media services, dick pics.

Promote website.

Make bank.

Expense for the year? Maybe $100 at most.

all the websites ive looked at cost way more than 5 grand - where would i find youtube channels? I do have my own adsense account thats abondoned but gets like $1-5 a month in revenue LOL

@ OP: depends on how quickly you want to make your money back. If you want to flip, buy an already profitable site for around 1.5k-2.5k then spend the rest of your budget expanding the site with content and creating good links. Grow revenue streams by split-testing different revenue models, then after 6 months sell the same site for a higher price than you bought it for. This'll allow you to get monthly income through the revenue of the site + instant cash once you sell the website.

Yeah im looking for about a 3-6 month timeframe for the flip. Where do you find these sites for less than 5 grand? Ive scavenged flippa but all i see is shit there.
 
Keep the money for the opportunity you KNOW makes sense, not hoping for the right one to show up.

Spend time looking for more opportunities, or increasing your skillset.
 
Start a good quality dropshipping business. If set up well it could be almost totally autopilot.
 
If I have that money I would buy a condo on installment and rent it out on AirBNB or Booking.com.

Installment = $400-500 a month
AirBNB/Booking = $30/day x 30 = $900
Profit = $400-500 a month

Doesn't include cleaning, etc but it's quite cheap here.

If you have 5 of those condos you are making bank.

Those prices are for my country anyway.

The price will depend on revenue. You can find smaller websites if you search with more effort.

Im in Toronto, Ontario Canada - an installment is waaay more than what you suggested. Thanks for the info though.
