Business Registration for IG Service

Hello together,
I joined the Instagram business just a few months ago and recently discovered this forum. I buy, renew and sell IG accounts. In addition, I grow niche accounts and have some customer projects for my service. So now i've reached a good income and I want to register my business but do not know exactly what I have for opportunities and which would be the best. I am from Germany and here it is necessary to answer questions about his business and therefore it is judged whether the company is registered or not. I'm skeptical about whether they accept my service at all. Do you have insider tips or tricks you could give me? Would it make sense to register a business outside germany?

The business registration jurisdiction always depends on 3 factors.

1) In which country are you a tax resident?
2) What is your annual turnover?
3) What are you looking to do with the profits?

I believe registering your business in Germany is a mistake for you. If you want to talk more privately about your situation feel free to message me.

What exactly you mean by "judged" ? You can register your company without any problems, not really sure what u mean. Also you should consider asking someone related to that topic offline who is allowed to give you advice in that case like an accountant or similar

the first question you need to ask yourself is: "as my business is digital, where is the best place where to open it?"
Basically you are selling digital services, so it make sense to find the proper nation where to open your company. Why? For tax purpose, for general costs and for cheaper services (as at least you will have to pay an accountant, maybe a phone, an office, or other services), for easier burocracy, etc.

That's why I decided to move my businesses (Amazon seller) in Bulgaria. Why? Because it's in Europe (no-borders), the tax are really cheap (10% profit flat tax, 5% dividends), and because overall to open and manage a company it's cheaper then a lot of other countries. Let's say that the same business here is working and in Italy woudn't.

Said that, make your research,but IMO opening a company in Germany in your position is not the best choice

This could be an option for me cause i habe roots in turkey. I should check their conditions for business registration and all about trading, taxes..
