4G proxies SETUP

I did a research on 4g proxy some time ago but can't find my notes.With 1 4g phone/dongle you can run 10-15 accounts on 1 computer.But its very expensive phones+sim cards+computers+routers+Jarvee.Its not scalable but what you can do is buy cheap phone that can do tethering then connect the phone to the router(now this is little tricky but you can find tutorials on youtube) and then you connect the router to 4 computers.
But im not sure if the computers have their own ip or they get the phone ip,havent tested it yet.Jarvee is expensive you can try other ways if you are on a budget.
Facebook and Instagram have trust scoring system for every acc.IF you want to scale and have hundreds of acc do this- run as many as you can accounts on the 4g proxy for 1 month this will increase your trust score and then buy good vps and bot ,and put them there.Rinse and repeat

I'm looking for a way to connect multiple dongles via an USB hub and have numerous networks running at the same time, each redirecting ip and traffic to and from vps via a proxy setup (forwarding)

I made my own 4G proxy setup using raspberry pi's and dongles a couple of years ago. Just seemed safer than using proxy services online and I was wanting to build a sustainable business model handling client accounts.
Anyway, I run about 20 accounts per dongle, and currently have 11 operating.
If my client uptake increases (as it does over time) i just spin up a new dongle.
I have Jarvee running on a single PC as you said, which then routes the traffic through the different dongles
It's definitely possible, but did take a lot of trial and error to eventually get running.

Btw I've read raspberry pi's are not safe. Maybe an old laptop running 24/7 is safer?

I have done this also in the past with few sticks, but possible to scale, and yes you can do it with a raspberry. just make sure to add the firewall and all that mandatory security steps like a regular linux server.
You can use something like : github.com/nodejitsu/node-http-proxy
Simple proxy at node.

The next step to reset connection depends from Pen Drive to PenDrive, but basicly you will be emulating the HTTP requests to restart your dongle. Most of the Pen drives are pretty easy to "automate". Build than a nice UI to trigger the resets automaticly.

Looks easy yeah but obviously you will need some time to play around

The shit side of living in a 3 world country is that even a dongle cost 10x the normal price here atleast

some questions for you:

do you configure any kind of DNS service like dyndns, no-ip dot org or similar to point your bot? I mean, you should have something like that to avoid changing the proxy configuration in the bot everytime your dongle get new public IP address.

do you use different mobile vendors? I assume yes because if you have all in the same provider, even if you get a different IP address for each dongle you are connected to the same "central core distributor" and could cause flagging or blocks, correct me if I'm wrong

To setup few mobile proxies is not that hard.
To setup more than 10 mobile proxies it is much harder. Be prepared to pay money for outsourcing the guy who can program you everything, because you might need to buy 4G modems, Powered USB slots, server, electricity, etc..

No the way I programmed it means I don't need to use DNS service, and yes I use different mobile vendors - although I've built systems for social media agencies and they've stuck with just one vendor
