Anyone else get the Google manual penalty in April?

Its been a month since i got the manual penalty, my site is still ranking high on search engine. Most of my main keywords are on page 1. I submitted reconsideration request 2 times with no success.
Anyone else getting the same result with manual penalty?

Maybe you're not clearing the issue at all. Really dig deep into your site and the issue that the penalty states.

I did, but my main question is why my website is still ranking high on google after getting unnatural links penalty.

What this is new.....usually they will completely deindex your website.
 
Yes another algo was run about 8-10 april and almost few of my websites get in some kind soft sandbox.Rankings sky high but no traffic until 2 days ago.So after 30 days exactly it was pull from it and started to get traffic.I did not get any action on GWC ,just link or 2 there,gust blog posts.I saw also a lot unaturall links what seems as negative seo,i put disavow on them in console.

You probably have penalty for separate pages, not side wide? Can you show us the manual penalty message?

Well its stated right there - "Affect some pages" and "Pages affected by manual actions bla bla". The penalty is not side wide, but just against some of your pages = only this specific pages are out of the index. Did you purchase PBN links recently (March/April)? There was wave of such penalties when 2 PBN networks was exposed. You can check which pages exactly are hit in the console..

No PBN's network, the links they sent9sample links) was built back in 2018 by SEO company. Most of them are removed and other are disavow.
How to check which pages are penalyzed? Didnt find any options on GWT.

Click on Coverage:

Then excluded pages:

Scroll a bit down and will see which pages are excluded and why.
 
No clue then mate. Probably you can manually check which pages of your website are out of the index, apart of that I am out of ideas.
