archery niche?

I was recently thinking of entering the archery niche. and from what I have seen, it is a great choice, with a lot of products that are easily marketable.

But I have heard that archery websites cannot run ads. I was thinking of making ads one of the primary monetizations.

is that true? are ads not allowed in the archery niche?

Maybe some advertising company doesn't accept archery-related ads, maybe some countries don't allow ads about archery gear, so check the regulations that apply to you. But I don't think you'll get in any trouble for running ads on your archery website.

That might be true in specific cases. No one can universally ban ads on archery websites.

Any niche can make money if you can sell right. Find out about the audience.

I believe what you are referring to is Facebook's ban on bowhunting ads, and that is more geared towards images of animals getting bows pointed at them and such which you would also have to obey onsite as well. I'm sure other social networks have similar policies. It's not that the niche itself is 'banned' just certain types of content. If you keep it geared more towards archery and less towards hunting, I believe it would pass. Just make sure you triple check that you are passing any content guidelines for animals while you do it.
