Help me choose a car

After some consideration, I have opted between 2 cars to purchase. These 2 are very similar but it's a very hard choice in my opinion.

What would you choose?

Nissan Skyline R34
Nissan GTR R35

The Skyline is definitely timeless and holds up to 2019 expectations but the GTR R35 is a computer controlled monster.

Any pros and cons to either?

i know of someone who did that. you can't even sit in the car, let alone drive it, during the summer months...

I dont know about these cars But the second one got better look for sure. Plus I thought Nissan is a good company?

GTR, i bought since 2016. Still use till now.
Good car. Done so many mod.
Only use when travel above 100km. Like 2-3 per month.

Pro: euphoria, fast, comfort, chick magnet ,

Cons: higher maintenance(if something broke down)

brillant car fantastic engines .

but but all rely on electronics nightmare with maintenance bills.

if it ever goes wrong

the best advise go to a forum with them car makes then read all the bad storys and good storys(( your soon see the pro and cons ))

don't forget to look up the normal price for, clutch and exhaust and brake shoes and brake disc prices ......

because they usually get changed when needed be warned.

you can go deeper and look for same car mot failure usually gives an idea of the car common problems if any.

me old ways , i prefer the invest in a small bedsit and rent it, dam cars just cost all the time .....

A buddy of mine has the Skyline and I've done a test drive in it. It's an absolute machine. The amount of power and handling is beyond measure but he did have it modded so that could add on brownie points.

I've also test drove a GTR at a friends wedding and fell in love immediately. Guess I'll have to do a bit more digging and come to a conclusion.

R35 usually attracts girl. That could take as a pro. But yes maintenance may cost a bit higher than the R34.
I will probably go for a R34 now and will buy a R35 in like 2 years. (when I become rich enough to maintain one.) or else I may end up leaving it in the garage for about 25 days per month.
