Why my web2.0 stil doesn't index in google

Blast your web2.0 with some lower tier links and it should be indexed. Also, indexing happens far slower than previously.

I notice if you add Web 2.0 links in post on Google's platforms like Blogger.com and in the description section of Youtube videos they get indexed faster.

I'm seriously playing about spamming BHW. Don't do it. It'll get you super banned super fast.
But on the real. As I said, build some links on some blogs. Find blogspots that allow anonymous comments, do some links.
Social shares. You can buy some. Or just do some twitter shares, facebook shares, etc. If you don't have a Twitter page or Facebook page, why don't you? Make them please
Pinging, there are sites out there that will ping your site for free. Find them using Google, use them.
And the webmaster tools, just visit Google and Bing and Yandex webmaster tools sites and do what needs be done. If anything is unclear on how to do it, don't bust my balls about it, go on Google and figure it out.

As long because it generates legible readable HTML, whether or not it’s internet one.0.1.1 or 2.0 doesn't matter.
To speed up indexing, move to Google webmaster tools (now Google Search Console), go in the property - you'll got to set it up if you have got not already done thus - move to ‘Crawl’ then ‘Fetch as Google’. Input the computer address of the house page, and click on ‘Fetch’.
Wait many moments for it to be fetched, then click the ‘Request Indexing’ button that may seem against it within the list.

some web 2.0's have no index tags, so these will never get indexed.
and some web 2.0's will need some links pointing to them to be indexed.

If your content is not that great then it can create link indexing problem. First, fix it and then verify the site with google webmaster. This will do the job for you.

well i think it's a reason of these may Your site is brand new and hasn't been crawled yet or Your site isn't linked to from any external websites may be Your site's navigation makes it hard for a robot to crawl it effectively or Your site contains some basic code called crawler directives that is blocking search engines , Your site has been penalized by Google for spammy tactics.
