Youtube comments CPA still works?

Hi guys, i'm wondering how to share cpa links trough youtube comments now?? I tought that method is dead, but if you cheack every "game's hack" video on youtube you'll see that the comment section is full of CPA links. How they can still post links directly in comments? I tried with a cheap domain name, with 5 diffrent yt accounts, but didn't work, every comm got ghosted. Toughts?

Comments with links were posted a long time ago and/or approved manually.

The comments wasn't posted long time ago, and i think those comms wasn't manually approved either. I tried harder and finally i posted a comm with a link that stayed like 3-4 hours untill got ghosted, the question is, how this guys can keep a comm for a longer time?

Well, with a 4 hour comm ('till got ghosted) i got like 10 clicks, i imagine if you can keep 10 comments on 10 diffrent videos for 12-24h you can make some cash.
