As a nonnative English speaker, I don't know how to check the quality of the article that I got.
As the price will not be always the way.

You can always ask a friend to read and check for you! Otherwise you could also go to "fiverr" and ask for somebody to proof read it for you and make suggestions. Look for aprofile with a good rating and it shouldn't cost you more than 5 bucks if it's just an article! It's definitely worth the money if you want somebody to do it the right way!
