Am i right with Backlink tiers?

I am starting with backlinks soon and want to make sure I have the terms right etc.. I will say what I believe, then if anyone can help me or point me to a guide that would be good thanks.

Articles/pages
Domain linked to them. Obviously.

Tier 1: web 2.0s with original, 500+ word articles, with a related/LSI keyword anchor to domain name within first 150 words.

Tier 2: web 2.0s with spun content linking to the original articles in tier 1. (Approx 2:1 ratio of tier 2s to 1s?)

Tier 3: spammed links to the tier 2s. On YT comments, blog comments etc. More the merrier? Done byboots? But I know nothing about that so would have to do it manually.

Is this about right? I have read that tier 3 isn't really necessary, but is that only if you purchase overblogs etc. With TF ratings?

I hope I've made sense and not just typed a load of shite. would be nice to know I've learned something. Or hey pointed in the direction of actually learning something if im wrong.

You could just skip the Tier 3 and instead bring more quality and quantity to your Tier 2.

I think you're on point. You can use GSA Ranker to build your tier 3 links (makes the work quite easy).

For your tier 1 links, it seems guest blogs on high authority websites could be more powerful.... Web 2.0 might have been devaluated by Google recently....

I think guest posting from authority site will be good for your tier 1 rather than web 2.0s as tier 1 is your power house. In my opinion, I don't think the tier 3 is necessary

I have ordered 10x 5-page 2.0s, but it seems like only one link got indexed. (Not really sure why or what to do about it yet, this is in my "to do list")
I have also ordered some expired overblogs which I plan to build myself. (I think I will use them as tier 1 as they have TF7-9)
Do you think tier 3 does not give enough benefit for me to invest in learning about bots to do this? (I would rather not if there is no real benefit.)

Not that I try to avoid hard work, but are guest posts not exceedingly difficult to get? Do you have any tips? The way i see it is, if you guest post, it has to be in a relevant niche. Therefore, they are the competition... Unless I have this wrong?

Guest posts on high authority platforms are more expensive than building new web 2s blogs. Besides, yes, it is etter if they are niche relevant. Your web 2s might not be indexed. Or de indexed after some time. Or suspended. Guest posts are more powerful, more expensive. But they pay off and have more impact. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Web 2.0s? Why would you ever want to use Web 2.0s as your tier 1 links? They are garbage. You think Google hasn't caught onto how widespread the use of Web 2.0s are? And I know I may get crap for saying all this (man I rank tons of my websites with Web 2.0s..blah blah blah), but man...spend the money and time on quality niche relevant websites on your tier 1 and tier 2 websites. If your tier 1 websites are legit, relevant, and have good authority, you don't even need to build tier 2 websites. The only time I ever build tier two websites are to parasites that I want to rank and even then it's more of a rep play.

Build assets, not short term junk. The way you do this is by getting high quality, authoritative, niche relevant links. Period.

I will pass on the spam links. It's 2019 now. not 2017. It will not work and only cause damage in the long run.
Regarding the rest tiers, They are fine. Just make that you are building readable content. Because if you have a competition, they will not let you rank if there are better content than yours.

Or you can find relevant articles on archive.org, make sure they are deindexed by google. Post them in your tier 1 or 2 and you are good.
