depends on the purpose. I usually use a new ip per account. hopefully it makes my account stay out of trouble for a while.

They ban people without reasons, I experienced once, and I wasn't spam them. Google for gmx ban email and u will know.

Bottom line: I would never use GMX to register important emails.

vpn is no good need hq residential proxy or hq mobile proxy all the rest is not good and I don't recommend using it

Yandex.com and Mail.com (register 5 then flip IP), Outlook.Com

If you are looking at mass email creation then you really need POP3 or IMAP access which is not an option on protonmail without upgrading.

Terrycody is right. Have created one e-mail there with my home IP, no proxies, everything normal. After 1 week I come back and was banned for no reason, said I was spamming.

Don't trust them for important things dude.
