Email Without Phone Verification

Hi Guys,

Do you know any e-mail provider without Phone Verification for registration?
 
Mail.com, protonmail, yandex and I'm not sure if they changed outlook to a PV one or not
 
mail.ru, onet.pl, rambler.ru
 
@ddlmanager Outlook has no pv

for create account yes and reask again verify phone for send email

mail ru no ask phone verify only if use hq ip russian or Ukrainian proxy whit other ip ask

verify phone

yandex ask phone verify for send or use account after

openmailbox.org, tutanota.com. Yandex doesn't require phone number during registration, but after a few times login, the company will ask for a phone number. At least based on my experience.
 
@British Botter Mail.com is my go to.

mail com have only recaptcha v2 and is part gmx com and is possible create 1 account every ip plus whit same ip no possible create 2 account in both services the same day and need very hq ip or is a pain create account or many fail and lose only time

Ok you've lost me can you rephrase that, it made no sense.
 
better create account inside a service have simple captcha and have less restrictions :D
True but a lot of sites will have spam scores (web spam not email spam) one of the most common spam score factors is email carrier.

A mail.com email address will be far more trusted than say a mail.ru one.

sure but there are many other services out there with a high reputation of their server good for send ;)
 
I don't get it.
If you create account with the listed emails, instagram won't ask for phone verification or something?

Thanks for the interest guys, do you think it's a problem to use different ip, with vpn or other, with the same account?
