The delete button is right there. Once you clicked it, the hyperlink will be gone like the screenshot below. Then hit the Create Post button. And that's how you get a do-follow link.

100 external links? Where the hell you get that number man? That's where you're wrong.
Once you posted there successfully after passed moderation, you will get a contextual link with external links (OBL) of 10! Below is the sample!
So I'm not sure how you're making that "100 external links" up.
Would you pay for a link on a page where there are TEN external links? Hell fucking yeah!
Ohh wait this one is free...And let me get this clear one more time: You can NOT spam there since they're highly moderated. Your posts will be deleted in a couple hours if they're not related to the subject/topic. So there's no "spammy" page like you're talking about before.

you just need to copy paste your link there and hit the create post button. Nothing fancy.
