Not easy, i wrote a small bot to do it for my own personal use, and even only posting in 5 groups a day and then only returning to bump them up i still ran in to problems, FB is locked down almost as tight as IG, the only solution for me in the end was to completely write software which controlled the computer to interact with the browser (e.g move mouse here, click, move mouse their, type, etc), this way you can get a LOT more done, but you need to dedicate a computer to the cause...

Exactly this, the only way to do it with any success is through replicating human behaviour...

I think Jarvee can do that. But you want to make sure to warm the groups up before posting into them aggressively.

Check toolkit for FB if that works but I am not sure. Today, facebook has restricted one of my account for 7 days from joining new group and posting or commenting in any group.

There will be always a way to work around that, but just right now FB is more hard to be manipulate. You could try Jarvee and let's see how it goes
