Hi guys,

So i'm dropshipper.

For one of my store, when you enter my shop name on google, the 4th result is a Twitter link, to a negative review from someone, saying i'm using Aliexpress blablabla...

Is there a way to remove this review, or, is it possible to make it appear far from first page?

Thank you!

Be kind ,be honest ,be patient and respond as soon as possible ,do not give any excuse, get in touch with the customer privately

i'll try to contact her but i'm afraid it's gonna get worse.

Like she's kind of raging so she might make another retweet with our private discussions, i dont know...

Will "spam" the hashtag of my brand with posts of my products will downrank her comment?

Seeo has correctly mentioned what should be done and its the most easy and right thing to do, unless you have actually done some sort of thing which is not justifiable.

Online Reputation Management. Hire someone to do it would be the short answer, negative SEO is not allowed here. In conclusion hire or ask someone who knows ORM

I cannot contact her, she desactivated her PM.

Here is her message :

Never order on https://www.xxxx.com /!\ it's dropshipping, you find the same thing on AliExpress cheaper, they don't answer emails and you can't cancel an order! #xxxxx #Scam we see them a lot on Facebook and Instagram

I'm planning to leave an answer :

Hello xxxxxxx;

Indeed, and like many professionals, our suppliers are located abroad, which allows us to always offer you the best price :)

We answer emails from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and cancel orders, in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.

Yours sincerely,

xxxx

What do you think?

I contacted an ORM specialist, waiting for his answer

For me, I'd add: "Our suppliers are both local & abroad".

On the topic of removing it from the results, the best you can do is push that result down. Authority content for the keyword typed in that brings up that result along with structured backlinks is your best bet here.

Thanks for this precision, i'll add it :)

She's your competitor. I was going to suggest that first but figured it'd be too convenient. Nice job on removing her personal info though. Most members with ~1 year on BHW need to be told to remove it.

Actually she really bought from me!

Twitter refuses me to post my reply, my posting seems to be "automated" and i will have to "try later"

wtf.

Just a quick update for people who might have the same problem :

I created my Twitter Business account.

Posted around 30 tweets with pictures of my products (i have more than 200 references so i took the best sellers) and with the # of my brand.

Now the negative review does not appear anymore, even when scrolling all the tweets.

Pretty sweet, and happy now to have Twitter appearing on first page of results <3
