Contact the authors and ask for a guest post. Obviously you're gonna have to test the way you go about doing this. It's PR work really. I imagine someone could be selling links on these sites but I don't know anything about those sites.

EDIT: I just checked and it looks like you would just sign up and create your own site otherwise. These are web 2.0s from the look of it. Nothing special. Not sure why you're concerned here. Focus on getting better quality links than this.
