My review:
I bought this ebook because I was mainly interested in the providers for the ipv6 IP addresses,
unfortunately at this point the product totally sucks. There are only 3 providers mentioned, one of them is quite good, the other two are way too expensive for /48 subnets.
There are better providers out there, trust me
Other than that I really like the ebook. It's very interesting and the author is very experienced in this field. It's perfect for beginners - everybody will be able to set up their own proxies after reading this book.
But also if you already have some experience you will learn something from this book.
So even the ebook didn't really help me with use case I initially bought it for, I'm still happy with it and don't regret my purchase

Thank you @Zapdron for taking the time to leave this review. It's true that we need to add more IPV6 providers, and we are definitely working on that. You can expect 5 more providers before the end of the month. It's a slow process as we need to verify with the providers that they accept our use cases, and many don't. Thank you again

4G rotating proxies GEO will completely depend on the setup location, if you set it in DE the Geo location will be DE, if you set it in RU and Geo location will be RU.
Absolutely. All IPV6 created with the PROXY KNOW script will be directed through an IPV4 IP address.
