Domain age was 16 years.

Domain has a clean history. Backlink profile was also clean.

The content used was decent and readable, it passed copyscape.
Relevant image was used and the link was placed at the beginning of the post (1st paragraph).
The website design and setup was simple and clean.

Overall this is a really nice service on a strong network.

I was lucky enough to receive a review link and I'm definitely happy with what I see so far. Still too early to see any ranking effects, but I'll go over what I see currently.

CF - 26
DA - 19
PA - 25

The website looks great; it's clean and the menus are well organized. I would go so far as to say it would pass a manual review. It has a ToS page, contact page, and all together it looks legitimate.

The article looks either handwritten by a non-native speaker or it was spun, but either way it is easily readable and the anchor placement is spot on. Not only was the anchor placed in a great spot, but it was surrounded by contextual keywords that will 100% help since the site it's targeting is a local business.
