I can't see him coming back onto the forum to sort this out, and if that is the case by Sunday he's banned for good.

Anyone who paid him via Paypal, I suggest you get in touch and raise a dispute there.
If you used a credit card then look at doing a Chargeback.

I know commenting here may lead to some penalty on me, but that was hell lot of money, you should have used some escrow service here, mods can block the person who did fraud here, but thats max they can do. Sorry for your loss.

For every aspect of a Shitlist that is visible on the forum, there is 3 to 4 times as much which is performed behind the scenes then the thread cleaned prior to making live.
As an example, there is one where we cleaned 23 posts prior to making it live. This was mainly a member chasing for updates.

To give an idea as to numbers, Greg and I often are able to resolve issues before they reach the stage of the Shitlist going live. In this instance, we tried to get things squared away, sadly he decided not to reply or respond.

No penalty, this is a completed SL.
I agree though, common sense dictates if you are doing big numbers, then you need some sort of back up such as Escrow or staged payments.
