Just by simply posting decent posts with links to my money pages. I got clicks and made sales. This is what most of us use it for in the 1st place.
Personally, I could not see a benefit without the post being indexed by Google, so did not delete and blast. Clicks and sales came whilst I waited.
To be honest, if you re-read the thread, you should be able to piece together a couple of alternatives to achieve the same result. However, every action is a risk.

Make sure not to upgrade to 'Premium" membership. Jr. VIP only becomes available after you've been here for at least 60 days and have 100 posts.

Not only that, but it also requires upvotes and also accounts to leave comments for posts made on the subreddit, as well as proxies/VPN in order to make these accounts.
A lot of people don't have the time to put all of this together into a relevant subreddit and to grow the accounts, so they buy the services instead.
You'd be surprised how many people do actually buy this along with having posts written for them.

I think it's redadait's general rule of thumb that deleting a post does not really get deleted from their database. People who are having trouble understanding how it works! Here is ss for you. This is deleted post from my account. But the post is still available to me. and in the 2nd ss as you can see link has been mentioned in one comment which is still available and link type is ******** I guess(not sure). So after the post is deleted someone may see your post but they won't be able to report it.

Are there any ways that a link is not DF beside the NF tag? I've posted the link to my website in one of my own (old) subreddits with an aged account with karma and as far as I can see it's already DF with only one upvote and visit. All the old links that I've posted nearly a year ago in this subreddit turned DF too and I'm sure that they were not when I posted them. I just wanted to fill the subreddit a bit to make it look better for the DF link in the sidebar and checked that all links except the sidebar were NF. Now I'm sitting here and asking myself whether I just got a DF link instantly or if I'm missing something.

You don't. You just make get great backlinks to your site for free which would cost a lot otherwise.
