I'm just gonna confirm that this shit actually works, but make some twists. Don't just spam but think. Also use the same method for other similar networks and look for what competition is doing. I actually saw one spammer on one network i found that is spamming with clickable link and it's not getting blocked and it's actually pretty smart how he did it. I'm not going to reveal it, but as i said, look for competition. Manually, with common sense, you can make easily some bucks daily.

Well, i didn't make anything much, but i made few conversions with 1 account. If it's done with 1, it can be done with 10. It's simple method and it doesn't require much, people are just lazy to try.
