i received this email today directly from mike filsaime. I was following one og the adwords trick mention in DJK, and boom..i received this email from f****g guru...

I've had a chat with Mrs. Filsaime on Gmail chat, and can assure you that he was NOT a 3rd grade spelling bee champ... even at the age of 38.

But if they ignore it - let the legal action speak for itself. If they are doing something they are not allowed to be doing ...due to copyright protection or other - then there are obvious legal ramifications.

The first of which would be a simple Cease and Desist -

Not "I will get on a plane and come to your house and beat you into the earth" ...or whatever was said.

Yah, Mike did fly off the hook on that, maybe he just is having a bad day guys, I mean he could very well have seen one too many people bashing his name to make a buck and it pissed him off, either way I do not think the way he handled the situation and think for someone of his level, he would have done this in a more professional manner.
