It sounds like the audio is software created as it doesn't sound entirely natural, but that doesn't matter as I plan on putting copyright free neutral sounding music in the background.

But I'm wondering if anybody knows for certain what software was used to create this?

There are templates available you can make such videos using openshot or premire pro.

Yeah, been playing about with that. Content Sam does look very straightforward and quicker though, so going to give that a go next.

Not sure which software "created" the video, but it is pretty easy to create using premiere pro for sure. Or maybe create with after effects and voice sync in premiere pro.

I'm pretty sure it's Content Sam. I've been playing with the free version for the last few hours and also has the best voice over, although sticking with just background music at the moment.
