I market directly in my sites, then offer my portal(which is not indexed) if they want more links, works great, keeps my network quiet.
So 10 links, 10 domains, you'll need 90-100 different customers, or your entire network is junk.
You need a plan for not paying rental fee. Deleting link, changing link, deleting post, whatever.
When, not if, you network becomes compromised, will you refill those rentals, will you be prepping sites in the wings? Will you close shop on that network and start preselling for your next network?

Will they be niches down or general?
"Reports will be provided via the portal" so what kind of reports, like where their link goes? Whole url or just snippet? You want to automate the entire customer service part?
