Hello dear admins/Users. This is a Scam/Shitlist report about https://smmpanel.net/

As a french user, i will try to do my best. If you have any questions let me know and i will do my best to answer.

I've joined BHW because a lots of friends talked to me about this website in a good way. So i've decided to look for a good SMM website to promote my youtube channel. I've found this website :



"SMMPANEL.NET". So i started to talk to the guy on skype. Everything was fine. The price was really attractive. The message was sticked on the forum so i've decided to give a try.

After added my youtube channel url and start an order, the guys contacted me telling the url was wrong and he couldnt refind me or do anything about it.



The screenshoot he tooked inside this picture is this :



He is saying than my direct link (url) is wrong and he is using a search engine instead of the direct link. And the first result appearing is my channel. (It's not the direct channel but its a video).
At some point you need to demonstrate goodwill, even more when the user is using your service for the first time.

So w/e this isnt a big deal. It's not enough to report them.

So i've decided to let it go and remake my orders despite of the $ i've lost for a ridiculous reasons. And problems comes.

Here is the real problem : They are claiming 0-1 hours start time & 3/5k views daily.



And 24 hours later, i ve still didnt received anything. No views, No Subs.

My main problem is, I dont understand why this website is sticked. i ve didnt checked the comments before because i was thinking "If this channel is stick, it's have to be reliable"
In the last 5 pages there is only people calling scam and complaining.
Why do i have to lost 2 hours to make this message when everyone is complaining about scam ?





As a new user and i'm thinking about all the new incoming users.
This kind of behavior let's us think you are accepting $ for let them scam people.
This website have no reasons to be here for so long.

I really hope you will do something about it and i expect a full refund from them.
I hope this report is fine ? Its the first time i'm doing this kind of thing.
I'm just a fair person who is trying to get a fair SMM service.

I have waited 24 hours when it's was supposed to be 1 hours delivery. And they answered they cant do anything and they wont refund me.

Order started 18th. we are the 20th. I ve received 56 views in 2 days.

When they are selling "3k views / day 1 hours delivery"

That not a scam ? I want a full refund. I'm not the only one complaining about them. If you were checking their sticky threat on BHW you would see there is many users complaining about scam.

Please look carefully at the speed of response and the answer itself. Several times we tried to explain what the problem was. On 1 screenshot is visible correspondence with the client.
On the 2 screenshots, you can see its balance.
At 3 screenshots you can see his orders. Waiting for that to understand that the link was not correct, you can look at the start count -1 and canceled in the auto. The order was canceled automatically by the system itself. All orders have been canceled by the supplier. All panels have their own rules, including with us. We do not cancel orders within 5 days. These rules are for everyone. His money is on the balance sheet and he is free to use it to make new orders. We can return the money to PayPal only if we do not have the service on the panel that he ordered.

All orders have been canceled by the supplier. = You are the supplier. He is buying from you, his contract is with you.


All panels have their own rules, including with us. We do not cancel orders within 5 days. These rules are for everyone. His money is on the balance sheet and he is free to use it to make new orders. We can return the money to PayPal only if we do not have the service on the panel that he ordered. = Wrong, you have not delivered what he ordered, so if he wants a refund to his Paypal, he is getting a FULL refund to his Paypal. Buyers are not going to be forced to accept credits on services that they are unhappy with ( this applies to all sellers, not just you ).

I asked before your screenshot to get full refunded at least 3 times (skype included)

Then, Before this shitlist have been created. MisterF himself asked you on your Own thread to refund me and gave you 48h but you ignored him.

Then when everyone would have ban you for not answering, MisterF gave you another chance and asked me to post a message on your profil to ask about refund but ONCE MORE, you ignored it.

And after all of this circus, you are saying that ? I never seen someone so hypocritical.

Just a friendly advice, If one day you get some serious trouble and go in front of a justice court, you better get a lawyer instead of trying to defend yourself.

I'm waiting for the refund.

I placed for more than 200$ of orders for so called real youtube views.

After 2 weeks not a single view delivered so i asked for refund.

Seller didnt want to refund after 0 views delivered in 2 weeks.

After at least 10 messages to ask for a refund big surprise i have been BANNED from panel with my 200$ orders placed and never delivered.

I opened paypal dispute 2 days ago against this scammer and suddenly i get a mail from him yesterday :

what a joke, seller scammed me 200$ banned me and now threat me to destroy my clients videos. LOL
