Autoposter that can do pics, video, carousel?

I have tried a few auto posters but they all seem to lack something.
I tried Gramblr and I liked it, makes posting quite easy, BUT...it does not include carousel posts which is a big miss. I really need it for meme pages, luxury pages etc... and it has to run 24/7 on the same device, so cant login and schedule from somewhere else.

I also tried a mobile app called Apphi and really enjoyed it, you can explore posts and hashtags and what not... BUT, to autopost on my 10 accounts I need to pay 60USD monthly if I'm not misstaken, at least 30usd monthly thats for sure.

Is there anything in between?
I looked at Jarvee, but it looks like a pain in the *ss and still have to log into the VPS all the time...

You want to post carousels of single media? So multiple images in post. Or multiple videos in a post. Or do you want to mix it up? some images / some videos.

If I can schedule pic posts, video posts and carousel of pics only that would be really good as most of my posts with swipe is pics only.
However, being able to mix pics and videos in a swipe post would be a bonus I guess.

I'm sure you've seen those meme posts with like 8 memes in one swipe post, they are really effective and bring in tons of engagement if done right thats why I'd hate missing out on it.
