Monetize website like streaming site?

Hi everyone, sr for my bad English.
I live in 3rd country where DCMA is ingored.
Right now,im doing CPI with Ogads now and earning only ~3-5$/day.
I have some youtube channels, which i upload copyrights content with some edit...sure those channels cant be accepted by Google Adsense. Thats why i moved my subscribers to Patreon, I have about 1k unique visitors/ day but only get me total few patreons. May be my work isnt good enough for them to pay me, or may be they dont have $ or they dont even understand English.
So i think i better make a website (like a streaming site). But im totally new with it.
I can learn to create website, SEO, or bring traffics through social.
MY TRAFFIC:

• Are most from 60% japan, korea -> usa -> 3rd country.
• Most of them are young and dont have money and dont even know English. So i dont think shop, streaming offer etc..will work.
• Most from mobiles users

SO:

• Where should i store/upload mp3 file ( like album) and embed them to my site. I know where i should upload video already.
• How can i make money with my traffic type? I dont know anything about Ad-network. Is there any network accept newbie, copyright content or good with japan traffic? (like ogads with CPA)
• Any suggest and recommend for my case ( like how should i make website like blog or streaming site... Im newbie after all)

You could try monetizing with media hub and and a pop network such as pop ads, propelled ads or similar networks.

As for them not being interested in ads, mobile apps are a really big advertising offer, along with mobile billing offers. If most of your users are mobile this could work in your favor.

As for who to host mp3s with, just gotta look around and see which hosts are least likely to DMCA and aren’t bad.

Worst case scenario you can just figure a way to store them locally on your server or on another server you own as long as they are DMCA ignoring hosts.

If you check big affiliate networks like clickdealer or mobidea, they have lots of mobile/carrier billing offers.

However, you don't necessarily need to do that. If you use a big ad network such as popads or propeller ads, people will bid on your traffic typically to these kinds of offers. This saves you all the testing required to see which works best while you collect the winnings from the highest bidders.
