HI, i know you asked other people but since i am the seller i have the most data
If you inner page is targetting the keyword you want to rank, I would recommend going with the inner page URL. In case you are interested in boosting your overall authority of the website as well, maybe you can go with 80% links to inner page and remaining 20% links to homepage.
If you have EMD/PMD where homepage is targetting your main keyword, go with the homepage.

Hello everyone! Got the 15 pack a couple of months back. Almost forgot about it with the holidays and all. But, when I returned to work I was pleasantly surprised to see that the most difficult keyword moved from 2nd page of results to the 1st spot. The other 2 most competitive keywords are now on positions 2 and 6. All the other less competitive keywords that I was targeting also improved a lot. From 0 visits a day, now I'm getting ~400 visits and the conversions already exceeded the cost of this investment.
So, do these Elite Rank links work? Yes!
Would I recommend them to you? Yes because they are offering 3 free links for people that review their service... If I didn't want these 3 free links, I wouldn't tell anyone about it and only use them for myself to get an edge over everyone else.

I ordered 25 links for two of my articles and I must say they are awesome. I'm not buying any links from BHW as 99% of the time they are total crap, but yet I wanted to try these. Content was long, readable with images, designs were unique and interesting. These are quite hard keywords with whole Purch, Ziff Davis at the front and second page and yet I'm already here (it's been only a week or two).
At least I found one good seller who sells good links not overspammed sPBN's
