I saw there are few cheap backlinks packages in here
So if you want an "organic" solution (versus adding sitemap manually in GSC) you can use some paid packages
The cheap ones probably won't get you #1 SERP but at least indexed fast

The best is to let it happen naturally. The second best option is to use a premium indexer like speed-links.

You can always build backlinks to your backlinks. This practice works the best and is the only way I have been able to get some web 2.0's to index.
