I have cheap employees, how do I make $$?

I have source to get cheap employees for like 150/200$ a month who are able to speak decent English, I'll have to train them for work and they can work 5/6 days a week, 5/8 hours a day.
How can I make money out of these people?

Are you meaning online work or manual labour?

Paying them cash in hand or legitimate payments and covering taxes etc?

Maybe English is not your first language, so you're not actually thinking like this, but I'd say you're going about it the wrong way...

They aren't virtual employees, I can make them work at my office, I'm currently living in a 3rd world country.

I have them working down my basement, man. I do have them on chains as they may escape and sometimes they don't work so I have to punish them, man.

But I pay them $200/m
