How much do you weigh ?

Keep in mind weight is very contextual with your height. I'm 145lb (67kg), although that may sound skinny, I'm only 5 foot 6 (167 cm) so I'm right in the middle of my healthy weight range. If someone that was 6 ft+ (180cm+) and 145lb (67kg) he would be grossly underweight.

Sorry about the units im from the US.

before full time internet marketing i was 80, im now 115 KG :( ..Im planning to buy fitness equipment that i can use while working online!

Zero-carb diet, find out more on r/zerocarb (by far the best diet for shedding fat, backed up by science).

I go to the gym 3-5 times a week (haven't been for 1.5 weeks though), when I go I do Gorilla workout Advanced for callisthenics so I have more mobility and movement and then Jeff Nippards programmes (I mostly hit chest because I used to have man boobs and I hated them).
Wow! Every crazy diet is somehow backed by science. Is there any study done on lots of people for a long time like 40-50 years?

Its not crazy at all. Years ago that's how we lived, processed foods and carbs where not a thing back then when agriculture was introduced then carbs became a thing, but our body has not gone through the evolution of utilizing carbs to their full potential, thus we store them in fat.

Its funny that most of our ancestors lived on root vegetables. Potatoes were main stable food of the poor. And okanawa people lived on sweet potatoes and rice. And they are the longest living & healthy people. I think if you stay away from processed junk and eat home cooked healthy food, any diet can help you lose weight

I also do intermittent fasting along with simple diet. I have lost 8 Kg in past 3 months. 4-5Kg more to lose

In 1536 Spanish Conquistadors conquered Peru, discovered the flavors of the potato, and carried them to Europe. Sir Walter Raleigh introduced potatoes to Ireland in 1589 on the 40,000 acres of land near Cork.

I doubt that. I also do fasting and I love it.

Also the "they where the healthier people blah blah" is complete BS, the people back then died to a simple cold, yeah advances in medicine and all that but there was no way to measure "healthiness", longest living people my ass, a human nowadays lives for 79years that was unbelievable years ago

Christmas day 2018 I weighed 118 kg. That was my highest weight ever. I decided that I was going to focus on the Ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting. This morning I weighed 90 kg. My target is around 84 kg. I'm 59 years old and I can honestly say that I haven't felt this good in 30 years.

Please do some research before making statements. 79 years is short. Okonawan people live ~100 years. And people on carnivore diet, like some african tribes, live average age of ~52 years before they die of heart attack or any other disease. Now, don't tell me people are supposed to live 52 years

56kg Been working hard on trying to gain some. I don't know how you guys do it.

Spell the god damn name right.
Why do the Okinawans live so long?
Not only do Okinawans live longer, but they age incredibly well. Many of the centenarians studied were lean, energetic and had low rates of chronic illnesses like heart disease and cancer. It's genetic. Studies show that the genetic makeup of Okinawans helps in preventing inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
It's genetic, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6024687/ cholesterol does not cause Cardiovascular disease.
I can go on and on but I simply dont care, go back to watching vegan gains

What about saturated fat?
There was no effect of saturated fats on total or cardiovascular mortality. ... "Saturated fats are not associated with all cause mortality, CVD, CHD, ischemic stroke, or type 2 diabetes
Taken from wiki. Anyway do your own research buddy boyo

Then what is the main cause of cardiovascular disease? My uncle got a cardio disease & doctor said stop eating meat? Why is that?

Obviously there's a range of factors; previous living style, genetics, work, living environment. It's not "just meat". Don't be stupid.
If your family has a history of lung cancer, then don't smoke and don't go live in the city or near high traffic roads, don't do a job that put's you in bad air conditions etc..
Bad family genetics for cardio disease? Exercise, mix vegan days with 2-3/week meat days and a fish day (omega 3).

Thanks for calling me gross, im 57kg at 181cm :p
Crazy fast metabolism, runs in the family. And I don't like sweets and stuff so that doesn't help either. Been working out and eating more crap to gain but gaining is harder than losing, it's a long road.

At my heaviest in 2015, I was at 150 kg and I'm 190cm. Right now about 128kg and plenty of fat to burn :)

I'm fasting as much as I can, then at 100kg I will do calisthenics to get to 90kg. After that, I will figure out what's my best weight between 85kg and 95kg.
