What is with most SMM Panels and their Tech Support? I've tested loads of the panels and the one consistent factor amongst most is the poor quality level of Service or Support?

Agreed. Its extremely bad on almost all of them. I mean extremely bad.
Its slow, its scripted answers, its unhelpful, and its just support that cant make moves - speed up orders, cancel orders, even give basic information, they cant do anything.

True. Sucks to buy and have a problem with a service. Chances are good youll never see the end of it.

That's nonsense @mickyfu eveybody knows that every SMM panel on BHW have their own developers and SMM servers running 24/7. The people answering your support tickets are merely the Support people. They are not the owners, the owners of every BHW SMM panel are serving hundreds of clients to be just middleman.
Every single BHW SMM panel will tell that they are the main panel.

Well, actually, no. Most panels are just resellers of resellers of resellers.
Many do have their own servers, provide their own services, host their own fucking panel, etc. But most are just resellers renting panels.

Dude... You know I was being sarcastic.
I just find it funny how every panel claims to forward your request to their "developers" when things go sour. Like there is no "developers" SMM panel stop lying to the customers, you are just forwarding your request to the main SMM panel you are getting supplied from.

Oh another funny thing will be when Instagram goes hard on these SMM Panels and start suing them. Especially the ones that leave their Paypal email [INSERT USERNAME]@gmail.com openly visible to the whole internet on their threads.
Like how stupid could you be to leave your Paypal email using a gmail.com, and trying to sell Youtube botted services amongst other Social Networking services.
Instagram can just be like "Facebook:Hey, Google whats up these guys are selling spam on my platform can you look into these handles for me . Google: No problem .... Done! Their email is banned now they can't access their Paypal account".

Well, yeah, but, um, you know, okay hold on...
First of all many could be using dummy/stealth/fake/throwaway Paypals.
Second, even a banned Gmail won't disallow them to access their Paypal. I'm not sure if you can open Paypal and change your primary email address without receiving an email on your current primary email first.
But even so, you can list up to 10 email addresses on Paypal. So they could just have their public email for Paypal be one of the secondary ones in their Paypal account. And if Gmail bans them, they'll just add a new one (or yahoo or hotmail or whatever) and keep going.
Hmm...
