Is there a tool for instagram which can analyze a users follower's nationalities without having access to the actual account? If so what is it?

Ok i'll make something quick, i'll post back here tomorrow. I'll release a free version: It will be rate limited per hour since I will need to make it use my own pool of proxies, account analysis will be first come first served as all rate limits for the free version will need to be shared amongst all users.
