Can't tell if this is a joke or not, so I'll just quote this from HaRRo's original post for any further readers that have this as a genuine question:

The moderators in training that HaRRo mentioned are the ones that they're testing right now, more will come if they decide to choose you. If you never make it to any of the moderator lists, then it's most likely that you're not going to be one. Hope that clears things up!
