Display ads with images always go through a manual review. And it may be a big co., but staff of cos. like big G are all over-paid lazy fat &*^%$$%^. Their supervisors and supervisors of the supervisors are the same. It is what it is. So, it does take long for anything that goes into manual review.

Did you tried to contact support? If you tried to contact them, they can able to help you out. Now a days, display ads are going more review often.

Trying changing your ad with less text google ads mostly disapprove display ads with more text.

Depends ... you say about Google Display. I am not facing this problem with my UK / US accounts ... but I am facing challenges like yours on CA when I have too much text on the picture. So you need to be explicit or even post here a sample of picture used or whatever, a prtscrn or something to get some help. Or instead, people will waste time explaining ...
