One blog with 2 different languages?

following your thread man as am planning to do similar on my site but not knowledgeable on this and seeking answer :)

If you'd like a pigeon English quest post on your blog then hit me up.

Will affects English content and searches, or not ?

It should not, I did the same with german, thinking that site's authorty would help with german keywords ranking, but it didn't. Probably its better to do in separate domain, but who knows.

If you want to make it as safe as possible, set the spanish site/blog/content on a subdomain. For example: https://es.mydomain.com/como-estas

I am afraid of that as maybe the algorithms of search engines will drop my rankings badly.

The thing is if I do on a subdomain will not have same value as I must treat it like a new website.

I see no issue with having both English and Spanish content on the same domain. Many local news sites who have bilingual speakers have them. I don't think your ranking will be affected... Make sure to get back to us, whatever you do, and tell us if the ranking suffered.

I decided to go /Spanish-category/single-page

Wish me luck.
